Yoga classes

Yoga deepens the relaxation response and creates an overall sense of well-being. The combination of physical postures (āsana) and breathing exercises (prāṇāyāma) stretches and strengthens the body, clears the mind and brings a greater understanding of self.

Wear comfortable clothing and avoid eating for two hours before class. Please bring a mat. If you need a mat, you can buy one at the studio.

The following yoga classes are offered each week at Yoga for Well Being. For class times, see the schedule. For pricing information please see rates.
